1. Returns
Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@jaysgrocery.com with details of the issue, and we will arrange the exchange.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
